Beschrijving voorzijde Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Caracalla facing right, depicted from the rear in the characteristic provincial style, with paludamentum visible over the left shoulder and segmented cuirass rendered in relief. The emperor's effigy is boldly modelled, with the laureate wreath clearly defined above the brow. A circular Greek legend surrounds the bust within the field, the flan exhibiting an irregular edge with a notable chip at the upper right. The portrait conveys the youthful features associated with Caracalla's early co-reign under Septimius Severus.

Beschrijving keerzijde The lunar deity Mên stands facing right, a crescent moon positioned behind his shoulders as his principal divine attribute. In his right hand he holds a pine cone, while his left hand is supported by a long spear or sceptre resting on the ground. At his feet to the right lies a bucranium (ox skull), a sacrificial symbol commonly associated with this Anatolian deity. The reverse field carries a dedicatory inscription in Greek arranged around the figure, recording the benefaction of the local magistrate Menekles.
