| 表面の説明 | Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Septimius Severus facing right, with his characteristic full beard rendered in tightly curled locks. The imperial effigy is depicted in the provincial style, with the legend distributed around the periphery. A small countermark depicting a helmeted bust is visible in the right field, applied after the original striking. The flan is broad and slightly irregular, typical of large provincial bronze issues of the Severan period. |

She holds a patera in her right hand and a long torch in her left hand, with a dog seated at her feet. The figure is rendered in the conventional provincial Greek style, with the magistrate's legend and ethnic distributed in the field and around the periphery. The reverse type reflects the prominence of the cult of Hecate at Stratonicea, where she was the principal civic deity. |
