Sarapis is enthroned at centre facing left, holding a long sceptre, with Cerberus at his feet; to the left, veiled Demeter stands facing right, holding a torch; to the right, Tyche stands holding a rudder and cornucopia. All three figures wear the kalathos (modius) headdress, emphasising their divine syncretism within the Alexandrian religious milieu.
