| Beschrijving voorzijde | Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Emperor Gallienus facing right, rendered in three-quarter rear view, a presentation type characteristic of later Greek Imperial coinage. The imperial effigy displays paludamentum folds over the cuirass, with the laureate wreath clearly articulated. A Greek legend encircles the bust within a dotted border, naming the emperor in full titulature. The flan is irregular and the surface bears a heavy green patina with areas of red earthen deposit. The die work reflects provincial craftsmanship of mid-third-century Asia Minor. |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | Dionysus, the patron deity of Teos, depicted standing to the left in a full-length figure, his body draped in a flowing himation. He extends his right hand downward, pouring wine from a cantharus over a panther crouching at his feet to the left, an iconographic pairing emblematic of the god's cult at Teos. In his left hand he holds a long thyrsus, the ivy-tipped staff of Dionysiac ritual. The reverse legend, distributed around the field, identifies the issuing magistrate and the civic community. The composition is consistent with the well-established Dionysiac type struck at Teos throughout the Imperial period. |
