The legend encircles the effigy in the field, reading OCTAVIAE NERONIS AVG, dedicating the coin to Octavia as consort of Nero Augustus. The portrait is rendered in the conventional Roman provincial style, with fine drapery visible at the shoulder. |

The magistrate's legend is distributed around the field and in the lower exergual area, identifying the presiding duovir and the colony of Corinth. |
