| Descrizione del dritto | The obverse is printed entirely in red on cream paper and divided into two vertical panels within a fine letterpress border. The left panel carries the issuer's name in bold block lettering arranged over four lines, flanked above and below by decorative rosette vignettes formed of small circular motifs within a diamond-lattice frame. The right panel is dominated by the large numeral '99' rendered in bold red over a radiating guilloche underprint with stylised leaf and branch motifs; the denomination word 'HELLER' appears beneath in bold capitals, and the artist's signature 'Zickert 1920' is inscribed in the lower right corner. |

The left half comprises four rectangular vignette panels arranged in a two-by-two grid, each containing a finely engraved botanical motif of stylised leaves and fronds in brown, separated by a central column of vertical fine-line ruling. The right half carries a diamond-lattice guilloche underprint in brown overlaid with the redemption text in blue cursive script, followed by the title and signature lines for the Bürgermeister and two Gemeinderäte; a small floral sprig vignette appears in the upper portion of the text field. The whole is enclosed in a blue letterpress border with corner ornaments. |
