| Obverse description | The obverse is printed entirely in red on cream paper and divided into two vertical panels within a fine letterpress border. The left panel carries the issuer's name in bold block lettering arranged over four lines, flanked above and below by decorative rosette vignettes formed of small circular motifs within a diamond-lattice frame. The right panel is dominated by the large numeral '99' rendered in bold red over a radiating guilloche underprint with stylised leaf and branch motifs; the denomination word 'HELLER' appears beneath in bold capitals, and the artist's signature 'Zickert 1920' is inscribed in the lower right corner. |
