Below, the issuer legend 'GUTSCHEIN DER GEMEINDE PASCHING' is set in bold letterpress, flanked by two text panels detailing the authorisation resolution of 18 May 1920 and the redemption period. A facsimile signature of the Bürgermeister appears centrally above the anti-counterfeiting warning, and a scrollwork border with stylised floral motifs frames the entire composition. Decorative borders of wheat ears, flowers, and fruit surround the composition, with the motto 'IN DER NOT STREBT MAN NACH ZUCKER UND BROT.' inscribed below the central vignette.
