The 80 Heller denomination is slightly irregular — most Austrian municipal issues clustered around rounder values — which may reflect a specific local pricing need rather than simple arbitrary choice.
The Jaksc/Pick reference JPR1109-80.2 suggests a second type exists for this denomination, meaning Viechtwang produced at least two distinct versions of its 80 Heller.
