The 80 Heller denomination is unusual; most municipal issues clustered around 10, 20, and 50 Heller values, and the choice of 80 suggests this was tailored to a specific local pricing need rather than following any regional template.
Austrian municipal Notgeld from 1920 was technically illegal under existing currency law but was tolerated by authorities out of practical necessity.
