| Reverse description | A large Irish harp with decorative scrollwork at the neck, surmounted by a royal crown with arched top and cross finial, centered within a beaded inner circle. The harp strings are finely rendered in the hammered style. The mintmark appears at the start of the legend, which runs clockwise between the inner beaded circle and the irregular outer rim. The composition is characteristic of early Stuart Irish coinage. |
