| Obverse description | Dark blue and ochre emergency note (Gutschein) with a dense guilloche border frame enclosing the central text area. The denomination "500000 MARK" appears in bold letterpress at the top and bottom panels, while the body carries the issuing title in Gothic script above the value written out in full as "Fünfhunderttausend" in large ornate lettering. To the right, an elaborate guilloche cartouche contains the Bavarian state coat of arms in ochre, flanked by decorative rosette patterns; two facsimile manuscript signatures of the Direktorium appear above the redemption notice text at foot. |
