The central Cyrillic text block sets out the redemption terms, payable on 1 May 1920 at the State Bank and its branches, with the issue place and date of 1 May 1919 at Omsk, below which three manuscript signature lines are reserved for the Director of the State Treasury Department, the Head of the Accounting Division, and the Accountant.
