| Obverse description | Treasury short-term obligation (краткосрочное обязательство) with denomination РУБ. 50 at upper right and a decorative vertical panel at left bearing the numeral 50, enclosing a small double-headed eagle vignette within an ornamental cartouche. The central Cyrillic text block sets out the redemption terms, payable on 1 May 1920 at the State Bank and its branches, with the issue place and date of 1 May 1919 at Omsk, below which three manuscript signature lines are reserved for the Director of the State Treasury Department, the Head of the Accounting Division, and the Accountant. Bilingual marginal legends in French and English appear alongside the Cyrillic body text, citing the denomination and redemption date. |
