正面描述 Grey-toned note with a bold oversized numeral '50 Pf' in black letterpress dominating the upper field, superimposed over a red vignette of the Altheide spa bathhouse with billowing white steam clouds rising behind it. In the upper left corner, a small decorative motif of two red hearts tied with a black ribbon bow serves as a local emblem. The issuer inscription is rendered in stylised German script below the central vignette.

备注

Altheide — now Polanica-Zdrój — was a spa town in the Glatz Valley, and like hundreds of small German municipalities it resorted to locally printed Notgeld when the postwar coin shortage made small-denomination transactions nearly impossible. The printer, L. Schirmer, operated out of Glatz, the regional administrative center roughly ten kilometers away, and handled emergency currency for several Grafschaft Glatz communities during the early 1920s inflationary spiral.

Glatz itself became Kłodzko after the 1945 expulsions transferred the entire region to Poland — meaning the printing town and the issuing town both ceased to exist under their German names within the same postwar settlement.
