Below, the issuing authority text and date are set in a smaller blackletter typeface, flanked at the foot by two manuscript signatures under the titles 'Bürgermeister' (Der Rat der Stadt Pirna) and 'Stadtkassendirektor' (Die Stadthauptkasse), with a small embossed or blind-stamped seal at the centre base.
