| Descrizione del rovescio | The central field depicts the bronze sculptural group known as the Capitoline Wolf — the she-wolf nursing the twin infants Romulus and Remus — as rendered in the monument installed in Chișinău, shown atop a decorated pedestal. A circular border legend in Romanian reads '• LUPOAICA ROMANĂ CU ROMULUS ȘI REMUS • CHIȘINĂU •', encircling the design along the rim. Below the central motif, a multi-line inscription commemorates the centenary of the monument's installation and includes a quotation attributed to Mihai Eminescu: 'DA.
