| Obverse description | The central field bears the coat of arms of the Republic of Moldova, featuring a displayed eagle holding an olive branch in its dexter talon and a sceptre in its sinister talon, with an escutcheon on its breast depicting the traditional aurochs head flanked by a rose, a crescent, and a star.
