To the upper right, a secondary vignette shows another historic religious building, while below it a neoclassical rotunda structure is depicted in relief. Novokuznetsk sits in the Kemerovo Oblast of southwestern Siberia, a city built almost entirely around Soviet-era metallurgical industry.
