| Obverse description | Left-facing truncated bust of Tomáš Garrigue Masaryk, first President of the Czechoslovak Republic, rendered in high relief with fine sculptural modelling of facial features including a distinctive goatee beard. The effigy is positioned centrally within the field, occupying the majority of the flan. A circular legend in Latin script runs along the upper and lower periphery, interrupted by raised dots as word separators. The lower arc of the legend, set in incuse lettering, identifies the subject's title across two lines within the field beneath the portrait. |
