| 背面描述 | Central motif reproduces a detail of the fresco Allegory of the Chariot of the Sun by Giovanni Paolo Pannini, executed between 1725 and 1726 as the principal ceiling decoration of the Pannini Hall of Palazzo Madama. Below the fresco detail, the date 8 MAGGIO 1948 appears alongside the founding inscription PER SUFFRAGIO DI POPOLO A PRESIDIO DI PUBBLICHE LIBERTÀ, taken from the front wall of the legislative chamber.
