| Beschrijving keerzijde | The central design features a large stylized Arabic numeral '7' overlaid with a crescent motif and a satellite dish, symbolising modernity and the date of the 7 November 1987 coup. An olive branch extends to the upper right, a recurring symbol of peace in Tunisian coinage. The Arabic legend 'الذكرى الخامسة عشرة للسابع من نوفمبر' (15th Anniversary of 7 November) arcs along the upper border. The Gregorian year '2002' and the Hijri year '1423' are inscribed in the lower exergue flanking a central ornament. The engraver's signature 'مطيمط' (Mtimet) appears in small script at the lower centre of the field. |
