Obverse description At centre, the official emblem of the Bank of Russia — a double-headed eagle with wings lowered — is depicted in relief within a beaded inner circle. The upper arc of the legend reads `ТРИ РУБЛЯ` (Three Roubles), while the lower arc is divided into three parts: to the left, the fineness designation `Ag 925`; at centre, the date of issue `2013 г.`; and to the right, the fine metal content `31,1` followed by the Moscow Mint monogram `ММД`. The overall design is executed in a restrained, official style consistent with standard Bank of Russia commemorative coinage of this period.
