| Obverse description | Central round hole divides the four digits of the date, with '19' to the left and '35' to the right. A St. Edward's Crown is positioned at the top of the field, above the hole. Below the hole, the royal cypher 'G·R·I·' (Georgius Rex Imperator) is rendered in ornate interlaced script. The coin border features a continuous pattern of raised denticles framing the design. |
