A large five-pointed star dominates the centre of the field, rendered in bold relief against a plain background, with the four digits of the date split to either side of the star's lower points — '19' to the left and '65' to the right. The legend TWENTY FIVE arcs across the upper field and PESEWAS curves along the lower field, both separated from the inner border by a scalloped decorative collar of raised beads. The overall design is enclosed within a raised rim. |
