Cameroon's high-denomination collector issues of the 2020s are produced under licensing arrangements typical of the Central African Economic and Monetary Community, where the issuing state lends its name but the coins are designed, struck, and distributed entirely by private European minting houses — in this case almost certainly the Prestige Numismatique network operating out of France.
