Beschrijving voorzijde	Central field depicts a detailed frontal view of the Tajikistan Parliament building (Majlisi Oli) in Dushanbe, rendered with fine architectural detail including arched colonnades and a central dome. Above the building, a silhouette map of Tajikistan is shown with the national flag flying from a staff, accompanied by the Roman numeral XV and the bilingual inscription 'СОЛ / YEARS' and date range '1991–2006' commemorating the 15th anniversary of independence.
