| 背面描述 | The reverse is laid out in a light rose guilloche underprint and carries a lengthy excerpt from the authorising legislation in letterpress text across the central field. The title of the certificate series appears in bold at the top, with denomination numeral '20' and 'PESOS' at both left and right margins. The legal text reproduces key articles governing the issuance, parity, and conditions of the Quebracho certificates, concluding with the place and date of resolution: Resistencia, 3 de Octubre de 2001. |

| 备注 |
The Chaco peso was one of roughly a dozen provincial quasi-currencies that flooded Argentina during the 2001–2002 economic collapse, when the federal government's convertibility regime crumbled and provinces could no longer meet payroll obligations in official pesos. These notes — formally called "Letras de Cancelación de Deudas" or similar instruments depending on the province — were used to pay government employees and suppliers, then accepted by local businesses under varying degrees of official pressure.
Casa de Moneda's involvement gave the series a degree of physical credibility that cruder provincial emissions lacked. The national mint printing emergency scrip for broke provinces is not a detail that ages well for any government.
