The denomination '20' appears in large numerals at both upper left and upper right corners, flanking the central title inscription 'Zwanzig Heller' in Gothic blackletter type. The artist's name 'RÖGNER' is inscribed at the lower left of the vignette, and the printer's imprint 'JOS. WALTL LINZ.' runs along the bottom margin within a decorative border. |

| Descrizione del rovescio | The reverse is printed in black on plain paper within a fine chain-link decorative border, bearing a four-line rhyming verse in Gothic script at the top. The central text, set in elaborate blackletter typeface, reads 'Gutschein der Gemeinde Walding' followed by a statement authorizing the Notgeld issue as resolved at the municipal committee session of 18 April 1920, valid until 31 December 1920. Three signature lines at the foot identify the deputy mayor (Der Bürgermeister-Stellv.), the municipal councillor (Der Gemeinderat), and the mayor (Der Bürgermeister), each with a manuscript facsimile signature. |
