Auflage.' appears in the upper right, followed by the denomination title 'Kassenschein der Stadtgemeinde St. Pölten über 20 Heller.' and a two-paragraph text explaining the issuance of 75,000 Kronen in emergency small-change notes, their non-interest-bearing nature, and the redemption terms valid until 30 June 1920. The anti-counterfeiting warning 'Die Nachahmung wird gesetzlich bestraft.' closes the text at centre bottom. |
