The text presents the legal declaration of issue, stating that the Municipality of Eschenau, by resolution of the municipal council of 30 May 1920, issues emergency currency (Notgeld) to a total value of 30,000 Kronen, redeemable in lawful currency between 1 and 31 March 1921, with the municipality's full assets pledged as guarantee.
