| Opis rewersu | The reverse, printed in the same blue on cream paper, presents a bold central denomination '20' above the word 'Gutschein' in a scrolled cartouche, with 'Heller' repeated in Gothic script on either side within oval frames. The upper register carries an architectural vignette of an Upper Austrian landmark flanked by decorative folk-art roundels with figural motifs. A five-line Gothic text panel at the foot sets out the conditions of issue, noting that the vouchers are issued by the Upper Austrian Landesrat to alleviate small-change shortages and will be redeemed in legal tender by the Landeskasse, with a warning that counterfeiting is subject to legal penalty. |
