| Descrizione del dritto | Printed entirely in blue on cream paper, the obverse carries two large denomination numerals '20' within oval guilloche frames at left and right, flanked by lateral vignettes of an Upper Austrian townscape with tower and buildings rendered in fine line engraving. A central text block in Gothic blackletter script bears the redemption guarantee legend and the issuing authority 'Oberösterreich' with date '1. März 1920', surmounted by facsimile signatures of the Landeshauptmann and treasury officials. The denomination 'Zwanzig Heller' is inscribed in large ornate Gothic script on a decorative scroll cartouche at the base of the note. |

| Descrizione del rovescio | The reverse, printed in the same blue on cream paper, presents a bold central denomination '20' above the word 'Gutschein' in a scrolled cartouche, with 'Heller' repeated in Gothic script on either side within oval frames. The upper register carries an architectural vignette of an Upper Austrian landmark flanked by decorative folk-art roundels with figural motifs. A five-line Gothic text panel at the foot sets out the conditions of issue, noting that the vouchers are issued by the Upper Austrian Landesrat to alleviate small-change shortages and will be redeemed in legal tender by the Landeskasse, with a warning that counterfeiting is subject to legal penalty. |
