| Descripción del anverso | Printed entirely in blue on cream paper, the obverse carries two large denomination numerals '20' within oval guilloche frames at left and right, flanked by lateral vignettes of an Upper Austrian townscape with tower and buildings rendered in fine line engraving. A central text block in Gothic blackletter script bears the redemption guarantee legend and the issuing authority 'Oberösterreich' with date '1. März 1920', surmounted by facsimile signatures of the Landeshauptmann and treasury officials. The denomination 'Zwanzig Heller' is inscribed in large ornate Gothic script on a decorative scroll cartouche at the base of the note. |
