| Beschrijving voorzijde | The national coat of arms of the Republic of the Congo occupies the central field, depicting a rampant lion passant on a shield, flanked by two African forest elephants serving as supporters, each facing inward toward the escutcheon. A mural crown surmounts the shield, and a scroll beneath the supporters bears the national motto in three segments: UNITE, TRAVAIL, and PROGRES. The legend REPUBLIQUE DU CONGO arcs along the upper periphery, while the denomination 20 FRANCS CFA and the date 2023 are inscribed along the lower field.
