| Description de l’avers | The national coat of arms of the Republic of the Congo occupies the central field, depicting a rampant lion passant on a shield, flanked by two African forest elephants serving as supporters, each facing inward toward the escutcheon. A mural crown surmounts the shield, and a scroll beneath the supporters bears the national motto in three segments: UNITE, TRAVAIL, and PROGRES. The legend REPUBLIQUE DU CONGO arcs along the upper periphery, while the denomination 20 FRANCS CFA and the date 2023 are inscribed along the lower field. | Description du revers | A large, intricately detailed Sri Lankan traditional Kolam or devil-dance mask dominates the central field, rendered in high relief with flanking hooded cobra serpents rising on either side and spiral decorative elements at the cheeks. To the right, a smaller figure of a traditional Sri Lankan masked dancer in ceremonial costume is depicted in mid-pose. The upper portion of the field features a coloured representation of the national flag of Sri Lanka, with its characteristic saffron, green, and crimson panels and the golden lion passant.
