Opis awersu	Portrait of Ho Chi Minh in intaglio print at right, facing three-quarters left, set against a fine guilloche underprint in olive and mauve tones. The national arms of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam — a five-pointed star over a cog wheel and rice sheaves — appears at centre, flanked by decorative corner vignettes with dragon motifs. A large guilloche rosette at left carries the numeral 20, with the date 1985 printed at the lower centre.

Opis rewersu	Central vignette presents an intaglio view of the One Pillar Pagoda (Chùa Một Cột) in Hanoi, rendered in a detailed line-engraved landscape style with surrounding trees and palm trees visible against a hatched sky.
