Beschrijving voorzijde	Portrait of Ho Chi Minh in intaglio print at right, facing three-quarters left, set against a fine guilloche underprint in olive and mauve tones. The national arms of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam — a five-pointed star over a cog wheel and rice sheaves — appears at centre, flanked by decorative corner vignettes with dragon motifs. A large guilloche rosette at left carries the numeral 20, with the date 1985 printed at the lower centre.
