Two facsimile signatures appear at the bottom, attributed to the President of the Philippines and the Governor of the Central Bank, with decorative guilloche corner medallions bearing the numeral '20' at each corner. |

The entire field is covered by a dense, repetitive letterpress underprint of 'CENTRAL BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES' in oval cartouches, with decorative corner pieces and the printer's imprint 'THOMAS DE LA RUE & COMPANY. LIMITED. LONDON.' at the foot. |
