The centre carries the bold intaglio legend VEINTE BOLIVIANOS over a fine guilloche underprint, with the Bolivian coat of arms in an oval cartouche at lower centre. The issuing authority inscription BANCO CENTRAL DE BOLIVIA and the law date LEY 901 DEL 28 DE NOVIEMBRE DE 1986 appear at the top, with two facsimile signatures below, those of the Presidente and Gerente General of the BCB. |
