A privately issued collectors' piece from the Baranja region of Croatia, produced by a specialist hobbyist association rather than any monetary authority. Notes of this type — sometimes called "local fantasy currency" in the trade — carry no legal tender status and were never intended to circulate. They exist primarily as collectibles sold or distributed at club events, making them documents of regional numismatic culture rather than economic history.
Five named designers is unusual for a piece this modest in scope, suggesting the association treated it as a genuine collaborative production project.
