| Beschrijving keerzijde | The large numeral '2' occupies the upper field in bold relief, with the denomination legend 'QINDAR·AR' struck in large incuse capital letters across the center of the field. The word 'PROVA' appears in smaller lettering to the left, below the numeral, identifying this piece as a trial strike. A finely detailed naturalistic olive branch with berries spreads horizontally across the lower portion of the field. The Rome Mint mark 'R' is inscribed within a recessed cartouche at the bottom rim. |

The "Prova" designation marks this as a pattern strike — produced for approval rather than circulation. Albania's 1935 coinage program was overseen under the tight financial grip of Zog I's Italian-backed administration, and pattern pieces from this series were submitted to Rome as much as to Tirana. Most Prova survivors trace back to Italian state or mint archives rather than Albanian collections.
