Two circular official stamps are visible — one reading 'TESORERÍA JENERAL DE COLOMBIA' and another dated '5 DE JUNIO DE 1871' — along with manuscript notations recording the place and date of issue, 'Pasto, Noviembre 18 de 1863', and handwritten signatures of the issuing treasury officials. The overall appearance is that of an administrative voucher rather than a printed vignette reverse. |
