Описание лицевой стороны	The obverse is dominated by a central vignette of a mounted equestrian figure at full gallop, rendered in fine intaglio engraving. To the left, a circular vignette bears the coat of arms of the Estados Unidos de Colombia, while to the right appears a portrait of Simón Bolívar in military uniform within an oval frame. The denomination numeral '2' appears in large ornate figures at each upper corner, with the issuer's name and 'DOS PESOS' in bold letterpress across the centre, surrounded by intricate guilloche borders along the top and bottom margins.
