| Obverse description | The obverse is printed in dark red and blue on pale paper, dominated by a large central oval guilloche border enclosing the Cyrillic denomination ДВА ПЕРПЕРА in bold blue letterpress, flanked by numeral 2 medallions at left and right. Above the oval, a vignette of scales of justice, an anchor, and serpents is set within elaborate scrollwork, with two ribbon cartouches inscribed КРАЉЕВИНА ЦРНА ГОРА at the upper corners. A payment obligation text in Cyrillic appears above the denomination, and two manuscript signatures below, with serial number and series references printed in blue at upper and lower margins. A lower cartouche bears the issue date and validity clause, Цетиње, 25 јула 1914. |
