Descrizione del rovescio	The standard European Union 2 Euro reverse, designed by Luc Luycx, depicts a large numeral 2 on the left side of the inner disc, beside a cartographic representation of Europe extending across the central and right fields. The legend EURO is inscribed across the map. The designer's initials LL appear in the lower right of the inner disc. The outer ring is decorated with the twelve stars of the European Union evenly spaced around the circumference.

Informazioni aggiuntive	Franc Rozman-Stane was a commander in the Yugoslav Partisans whose wartime record was remarkable enough that Tito personally promoted him to the rank of general in 1943 — one of the first such appointments in the National Liberation Army. He died the same year, killed when his vehicle struck a mine near Turjak. Slovenia commemorated the centenary of his birth with this issue.
