| Reverse description | Full-color photographic portraits of three Marvel Studios superheroines arranged side by side within stylized vertical panels set against a deep blue and purple geometric background: Captain Marvel (left) in her red, blue, and gold suit; Monica Rambeau (center) in a dark tactical suit; and Ms. Marvel (right) in her blue, red, and gold costume. Below the trio, a glowing circular emblem features a white eight-pointed star radiating cosmic energy. The franchise logo 'MARVEL STUDIOS THE MARVELS' is inscribed in relief at the top of the field, and the legend '1 oz 999 Fine Silver ©MARVEL' appears along the lower border. |

Niue has operated as a prolific bullion and collector coin issuing authority since the 1990s, leveraging a 1972 treaty arrangement with New Zealand that grants it full monetary authority despite a population under 2,000. The "Marvels" branding places this piece within a long-running licensing arrangement between the New Zealand Mint and Marvel Entertainment — one of the more commercially successful numismatic franchise partnerships of the past decade.
Charles III's accession in September 2022 made this among the earliest Niue issues to carry his effigy rather than Elizabeth II's.
