Four municipal or regional coats of arms occupy the corners: upper left bears two horse heads, upper right a tower with a diagonal band, lower left crossed keys, and lower right a seated ecclesiastical figure. The large numeral '2000000' in open guilloche-style figures dominates the centre, with 'Mark' beneath, and the issuer name 'KREIS MOERS' in a solid black band at the foot. |
