| Obverse description | The gold centre features the state emblem of Turkmenistan in high relief: a central roundel containing the standing Akhal-Teke horse, surrounded by a wreath of wheat ears and cotton bolls, flanked by traditional Turkmen carpet gul motifs at the cardinal and diagonal points, with a crescent moon and five stars in the upper field. The emblem is set within an eight-pointed star-shaped border, itself decorated with additional carpet ornamental panels in the corners. The silver outer ring bears the commemorative legend along the upper arc and is adorned at the base with a olive-branch motif, with traditional Turkmen carpet border ornaments positioned at the sides. |
