The commemorative inscription «30 РОКІВ НЕЗАЛЕЖНОСТІ УКРАЇНИ» and his attributed quotation «Я вірю у величне майбутнє України» appear alongside the denomination «₴1000» against a guilloche underprint. The issuer's name «НАЦІОНАЛЬНИЙ БАНК УКРАЇНИ» is rendered across the upper field. |
